• To formalize the reservation, you will have to paid into the bank account that will be indicated and deposit corresponding 25% of the total price of the stay.
• The rest of the amount will be paid upon arrival of the stay at the accommodation.
• The accommodation will be occupied only by the number of people booked.

• This accommodation is rented entirely (whole house).
• It is considered high season the months of July and August.
• It is considered low season the rest of the year.
• During the months of July and August, the minimum stay is one week.
• During weekends, the minimum stay is two nights.
• If you want to hire an extra bed, you must to inform it beforehand.
• Cots are available without additional charge for children who are under two years.

• For weekend reservations:

– Entrance: Friday at 18:00.

– Exit: Sunday before 20:00.

• For full week reservations:

– Entrance: at 17:00.

– Exit: before 10:00.

According to Decree 159/2012 of 20 November, tourist accommodation establishments and tourist housing of the Generalitat of Catalonia the following cancellations regime will be applied:

The cancellation made by the client within ten days before arrival date gives rise to the following penalties:

a) Book for two days, 50% of the total price of the stay.

b) Book for more than two days to seven days, 35% of the total price of the stay.

c) Book for more than seven days, 25% of the total price of the stay.

The above penalties do not apply when the cancellation occurs due to force majeure, duly accredited.

The customer has the right to cancel a confirmed reservation, without penalty, as long it is within ten days prior to the arrival date, unless otherwise stated.
